PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration isolator securing a sufficient orifice length without complicating a structure and having superior productivity and vibration isolating performance. SOLUTION: This vibration isolator is provided with a cylindrical metal fitting 1 attached to either one of a vibration receiving part or a vibration producing part, a fixture 2 attached to the other of the vibration receiving part or the vibration producing part, an intermediate cylinder 3 internally fitted in the cylindrical metal fitting 1, an elastic body 4 connecting the fixture 2 to the intermediate cylinder 3, a diaphragm 5 constituting a liquid chamber along with the elastic body 4, a partition member 6 partitioning the liquid chamber into two chambers, and the orifice 7 connecting the two liquid chambers to each other. The wall surface of the orifice 7 is formed of the internal circumference of the cylindrical metal fitting 1, the outer circumference of the intermediate cylinder 3, and an elastic piece 4A integrated with the elastic body 4.
