PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slitter for wallpaper sizing machine wherein the lifting of a wallpaper near a cutter caused depending on the kind of wallpapers is prevented to enable the stable cutting of the wallpaper. SOLUTION: A wallpaper pressing member 30 is attachably and detachably provided on a wallpaper slitter. The wallpaper pressing member 30 has a substantially U-shape in a side view, and it is constituted to be easily attachable to and detachable from an upper cutting edge fixing stay 8. When it is mounted on the slitter for wallpaper sizing machine, the wallpaper presser part 32 of the wallpaper pressing member 30 is located so as to press down a lower cutting edge 2 and a lower cutting edge boss 14 from the upper side.
