PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ring saw cutting device equipped with a drive device of the ring saw which has small wear in a power transmission part and is excellent in transmission efficiency and the rotation of the ring saw does not easily stop by generation of large cutting resistance and biting foreign matter at the time of cutting, and detachably attachable to a shovel type excavator as an attachment. SOLUTION: The drive device of the ring saw is constituted of a ring saw body (5) equipped with many cutting blades (3) along the outer periphery, and an endless belt (6) rotatably driving the ring saw body (5) arranged so as to wind a part of the outer periphery of the ring saw body (5) with a part of the outer periphery.
