<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus for which an operator can perform repair, replacement, jam process, etc., of an image forming element without paying attention to the position or the way of holding the image forming element. <P>SOLUTION: This image forming apparatus has the image forming element 12 which is provided at the part to be opened/closed and loaded/unloaded relative to the base 1 of the device, and which is, when externally exposed, desirebly untouched by the hand of an operator, and has a handle part 33 for the operator to hold in opening/closing and loading/unloading this image forming element 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
