<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an information providing system for providing customers with optimum information. <P>SOLUTION: An information display terminal 102 is installed at a place where visiting customers can browse information, and displays prescribed information. A reception terminal 101 sequentially receives the visiting customers for transactions and outputs reception information to the customers when received. A CRM (customer relationship management) information managing part 301 of a CRM system 30 outputs information showing that an optional customer in his/her turn is acceptable and the reception information when the turn of the customer for transactions comes.
