PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the arrangement of a housing material for wiring and piping materials by lessening the number of frames.

SOLUTION: This arrangement structure consists of a rail body L1which is to be laid on a frame V1and a trough (housing material) T which has flexibility and is provided with space 5 for housing a cable ( wiring and piping materials) therein, and the deflection is prevented by fixing the above trough T to the above rail body L1, thereby enabling the arrangement of the above trough.
