PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To separate each substance from a mixed gas containing the plurality of substances.

SOLUTION: This method for separating each the substance from the mixed gas containing a plurality of substances has a process for liquefying the the mixed gas by the pressurizing, and a process for separating one substance from the other substances among the plurality of substances taken in a liquid generated by the liquefying process. In the separation process, one substance substantially keeps the presence in the liquid, and the other substances are vaporized from the liquid and are separated.
