PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a composite panel capable of easily manufacturing the composite panel having a large area without having a flaw such as an air bubble and the like inside a resin, and to provide the composite panel. SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing the composite panel 10 which makes a molding material 18 lie between one textile 19 and the other textile 20 to cure the one textile 19 and the other textile 20 with the resin, the molding material 18, the one textile 19 and the other textile 20 are wrapped in by a bag body 11.
