PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analog switch capable of reducing a peak of the resistance at the ON state. SOLUTION: In two p-channel MOS transistors 110, 120, the back gates are connected with each other, the sources are connected with each other, and those connected back gates and sources are connected. In two n-channel MOS transistors 130, 140, the back gates are connected with each other, the sources are connected with each other, and those connected back gates and sources are connected. Accordingly, when the analog switch is on, the potential at the back gates becomes the potential of the inputted analog signal. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
