PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin cosmetic making a dry feeling compatible with a moist feeling and comprising a silicone. SOLUTION: This skin cosmetic comprises 0.01-30 mass% of an organopolysiloxane having one or more carboxy groups and/or salts thereof in the molecule and containing ester bonds or amide bonds between the carboxy groups and/or salts thereof and silicon atoms.
