INJECTION MOLD WITH HOT-RUNNER MOLD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable nozzle touching which requires no insulating paper, with the inside of the leading end face of a nozzle composed of a tip of low thermal conductivity, in an injection mold with a hot-runner mold. SOLUTION: The nozzle 22 of the needle nozzle unit 21 of a hot-runner mold 2 provided at the bottom of a cavity mold 1 is composed of a nozzle body 22a of which the leading end face is open, and the nozzle tip 4 which is inserted into an opening 22b so as to be freely slidable and of which the flat leading end face protrudes from the leading end face of the nozzle body 22a. The nozzle tip 4 is made of a metal of which the thermal conductivity is lower than that of the nozzle body 22a whereby nozzle touching is feasible at any time without insulating paper.
