摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a source-driver integrated circuit for driving a liquid crystal display device by using independent gradation voltage in each of R, G and B. SOLUTION: The source-driver integrated circuit is provided with an R gradation voltage generation circuit, a G gradation voltage generation circuit, a B gradation voltage generation circuit, an R decoder, a G decoder, and a B decoder. The R, G and B gradation voltage generation circuits respectively generate a plurality of R gradation voltage levels, a plurality of G gradation voltage levels and a plurality of B gradation voltage levels. The R decoder selects one of the R gradation voltage levels in response to R input data and outputs the selected voltage, the G decoder selects one of the G gradation voltage levels in response to the G input data and outputs the selected voltage and the B decoder selects one of the B gradation voltage levels in response to B input data and outputs the selected voltage.
