<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mist generation mechanism with a simple structure, inexpensive, and optimum for a minus ion generator. <P>SOLUTION: The mist generation mechanism 100 in the minus ion generator for generating mist containing minus ions from water being pumped from a water tank for radiation comprises: a hollow water supply body 102 provided so that one end sinks into water in the water tank 3<SB>2</SB>and pumps up water from the water tank 3<SB>2</SB>along a wall surface in rotation; and a rotor 101 integrated with the water supply body 102 while the other end of the water supply body 2 is stuck and generates mist containing minus ions by releasing water that is pumped up by the water supply body 102 in rotation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
