<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing structure of a fluid chamber of a diaphragm pump capable of maintaining a sealing performance over a long time with a simple constitution. <P>SOLUTION: An annular sleeve S is fitted on an outer periphery of a center rod 17, and is slidable along an outer peripheral face 17a of the center rod 17 in an axial line direction of the center road 17. A sealing face is formed between an inner peripheral face Sa of the annular sleeve S and the outer peripheral face 17a of the center rod 17. The center rod 17 is inserted in an inertion hole 18 formed onto a body 2 of a diaphragm pump 1, and is slidably supported in an axial direction by a pair of annular guide members 28, 29 attached to the insertion hole 18. At that time, a side face 28a of the annular guide member 28 is brought into close contact with a right side face Sb of the annular sleeve S to form a sealing face, and a side face 29a of the annular guide member 29 is brought into close contact with a left side face Sc of the annular sleeve S to form a sealing face S3. These sealing faces are maintained without distinguishing, even when the center rod 17 is displaced in an upper and lower direction to the body 2 as shown in the drawing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
