<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charge pump apparatus of low power consumption, effectively reusing excess charges in a program mode which were conventionally difficult to recover for obtaining a target high potential in nonvolatile memory. <P>SOLUTION: The high-voltage excess charges generated at the charge pump after completion of the program mode by a nonvolatile memory unit is effectively recovered in a capacitor of appropriate volume to supply the required amount of charges to a precharge in the next program mode. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
