OPTIMIZED INCREASING METHOD OF RECEIVING-SIDE STARTING TYPE TRANSMISSION RATE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optimized increasing method of an advertising window so that a transmission rate at a TCP transmitting side is optically increased.

SOLUTION: The method is to increase a receiving side starting type transmission rate of a data packet transmitted from the transmitting side to a receiving side using a transmission control protocol (TCP) through a network, includes the advertising window showing a permitted transmission bit rate, and includes a step to transmit an acknowledgement to the received data packet from the receiving side to the transmitting side and a step to increase the advertising window at most by 1 segment each the acknowledgement.
