PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combination terminal fitting that obtains a simple waterproof structure. SOLUTION: Ground terminals 10 are so shaped that a connecting plate 17 formed with a bolt passing hole 18 is continuous with the tip of an electrical wire fixing portion 11 on which a terminal of an electrical wire 1 is crimped. The ground terminals 10 are combined so that the respective connecting plates 17 are superposed together with the respective electrical wire fixing portions 11 spaced at at an angle of 30°, and passing holes 18 of the respective connecting plates 17 are aligned concentrically. Four ground terminals 10 are set in a given molding die after being assembled, and by molding a synthetic resin material, a seal part 30 is formed. The seal part 30 is formed integrally over the electrical wire fixing portion 11 of each ground terminal 10, and is formed into a plane sector. Even when water falls on the fixing position of the combination ground terminal A, the seal part 30 which covers a terminal of each electrical wire 1 prevents water intrusion into the electrical wire 1.
