PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enlarge generated torque by providing a motor with a rotator consisting of a magnetic substance roughly contacting a rotor and being rotatable in company with the rotor, between the rotor and a stator. SOLUTION: A stator 2 is attached to a motor case 1, and the stator is provided with motor winding 4, and a shaft 5 is attached rotatably via a bearing to the motor case 1, and the shaft 5 is provided with a roughly columnar rotor 6, and a plurality of permanent magnets 7 are provided along the internal circumference of the rotor 6, and the stator 2 is provided a specified interval apart from the periphery of the rotor 6, and a recess 9 is provided at the section corresponding to the permanent magnet 7 of the periphery of the rotor 6, and a columnar rotator 10 consisting of a magnetic substance is provided within the recess 9, and the dimensions in the direction of rotating shaft of the rotor 6 of the rotator 10 are larger than the dimensions in the direction of the rotating shaft of the rotor 6 of the permanent magnet 7, and the diameters of both ends of the rotator 10 are larger than the diameter of the center, and the space between the rotor 6 and the stator 2 is charged with oil (not shown in figure) for reducing the rotational resistance of the rotator 10.
