PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To send future information to a past by solving unwilling dependence only on past information, since the future information cannot be obtained. SOLUTION: Elemental particles are sent from a future to the past by a binary notation scale of whether the elemental particles irradiate the future information, by utilizing quantum mechanics for returning the elemental particles to the past, received and decoded.
