<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve precision of positioning of a registration sensor at a transfer belt while performing detection with a suppressed flap of the intermediate transfer belt of the registration sensor and to improve registration detection precision by reducing a shift in detection position of registration detection due to vibration of an intermediate transfer belt driving roller etc. <P>SOLUTION: An image forming device has at least two or more photoreceptor drums 11a to 11d carrying toner images, the intermediate transfer belt 31 to which developer images on the photoreceptor drums 11a to 11d are transferred, a registration sensor unit 80 which detects a toner image transferred to the intermediate transfer belt 31, a control means of performing registration for registering an image formed by the 1st photoreceptor drum 11d and images formed by other photoreceptor drums 11b to 11d according to detection information of the registration sensor unit 80, and a driving roller 32 which holds and drives the intermediate transfer belt 31. The registration sensor unit 80 has a positioning member 91 which is so arranged and fixed to the driving roller 32 as to detect the toner image on the intermediate transfer belt 31 on the driving roller 32 and determines the detection position of the registration sensor unit 80. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
