<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a raw meat slicer capable of constantly slicing raw meat with an optimum setting depending on a kind or condition of meat from fine beef to pork. <P>SOLUTION: This slicer is equipped with a round cutter 1 provided so that rotational speed is changed by an inverter motor 3 and a meat box 5 provided so that feeding speed is varied by another inverter motor 6, and provided with a variable setting means 12 in conjunction with the speed for substantially proportionally increasing or decreasing the rotational speed of the round cutter and the feeding speed of the meat box. A changeover switch 13 is also provided for changing the rotational speed of the round cutter to the constant high speed irrespective of the setting of the variable setting means in conjunction with the speed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
