PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a dielectric sheet which presents high specific inductive capacity and stable temperature characteristic, and can be used as a thin type capacitor. SOLUTION: Dielectric powders of different specific inductive capacities are mixed and dispersed in a binder comprising high polymer compound, and molded to a sheet. As the dielectric powders to be used, at least one or more kinds of powder whose specific inductive capacity is 20000 or more and powder whose specific inductive capacity is 300 or less each are mixed and charge density is set in the range of 10 to 95% in weight ratio.
