PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of stacked cells such as a liquid crystal cell wherein plural cells are filled easily and quickly. SOLUTION: In this manufacturing method, plural filling holes 40, 42 and 44 are drilled through plates 26, 28 and 30, each of plural spaces 20, 22, 24, 20a, 22a, 24a; 20b, 22b, 24b; 20c, 22c, 24c, in one cell is filled with different filling holes, and respective filling holes 40, 42 and 44 are connected to at least two cells. By this configuration, plural spaces 20, 20a-20c; 22, 22a-22c; 24, 24a-24c in a same level, i.e., plural spaces between two same plates, or plural spaces in different levels of at least these two cells are filled to separate the filling holes 40, 42 and 44 from spaces not to be filled in a sealed state.
