PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an environment information monitor system, having functions for measuring the environment data from a portable telephone having environment sensors and for collecting, editing, analyzing, storing and displaying the measured data in an environment information monitor center. SOLUTION: The environment information monitor system is composed of a portable telephone 1, having environment sensors for transferring information over a communication line 4 and an environment information monitor center 5. The telephone 1 has an environment data measuring unit 17 for measuring environment data at a desired place and transmits the data to the center 5. The center 5 comprises a control server 7, a database 8 and a personal computer 9 for collecting, editing, analyzing, storing and displaying received measured data and transmits the analyzed result information to the portable telephone 1.
