PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous white solid color coating material capable of forming a white coating film which is excellent in gloss retention without causing chalking even under a long-term outdoor exposure. SOLUTION: The aqueous white coating material, capable of forming a white coating film, contains a hydroxy-group-containing polyester resin, a hydroxy-group-containing acrylic resin, and a melamine resin and further contains a liquid hindered amine-based light stabilizer and a liquid benzotriazole-based ultraviolet absorber.
