PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the component parts of a washer to reduce their costs while increasing safety. SOLUTION: A support 6 is provided at the rear of a toilet seat 2 and a jet pipe 10 is provided in the support 6 in such a manner as to be capable of moving in and out forward from the rear of the toilet seat 2. The support 6 is provided with an arm 15 which projects forward at one side of the toilet seat 2. An operating element 16 is longitudinally movably provided on the arm 15 and a link mechanism 20 is provided for linking the longitudinal movement of the operating element 16 with the longitudinal movement of the jet pipe 10. A stop cock 30 which permits or shuts off the supply of water to the jet pipe 10 is provided on the support 6. A link mechanism 32 for linking the longitudinal movement of the operating element 16 to the opening or closing of the stop cock 30 is provided between the operating element 16 and the stop cock 30.
