PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide bedding adapted to produce a pressure point effect on receiving the load of a lying body. SOLUTION: This bedding has dimensions allowing the body to lie down, and includes two layers in the order of separating from the directly opposite side to the body a first layered body 3 made of fiber mixed with stone radiating far infrared rays in the direction of separating from the directly opposite side to the body, and a second layered body 4 having a plurality of openings 7 directed to separate from the directly opposite side to the body, in which a crosslinking part 8 crosslinking the openings abuts on the lower surface of the first layered body 3, and capable of holding the first layered body 3.
