PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a balloon holder which does not injure a child even if the downward edge of a supporting rod strikes on the eye and face of the child and is not lost even if the child lets go of it from the hand. SOLUTION: The downward edge 2-1 of the holding rod 2 of the balloon holder is bent in a ring form. Thereby, another child is not scarcely injured even if the downward edge 2-1 of the holding rod 2 strikes on the eye and face of the child. Also, if space 5 is established between a rod end portion 2E in the ring form and the straight line-shaped part of the holding rod 2, it is possible to hook on the metal ring of a rucksack and a bag etc. through it.
