PURPOSE: A sunlight shielding device built-in ceiling for a side window of a vehicle is provided to make the exterior beautiful by embedding the sunlight shielding device and to resolve inconveniences for attaching and separating the device. CONSTITUTION: A sunlight shielding device built-in ceiling mounted between inner and outer frames(11,15) of the ceiling of a side window of a vehicle is composed of a square sunlight shielding cloth(30); a winding roll(51) fixed with the upper end of the sunlight shielding cloth; hinge shafts(53a,53b) mounted to both ends of the winding roll; a slot(13) perforated and installed to the inner frame to take in and out the sunlight shielding cloth; a pair of hinge shaft supporting brackets(55a,55b) fixed to the inner frame to rotatively support the hinge shaft; torsion coil springs(57a,57b) supported to the hinge shaft bracket and the winding roll; a bar(71) installed to the lower end of the sunlight shielding cloth; and an adsorption plate(73) disposed to the bar.
