PURPOSE: An apparatus for measuring inner and outer diameters of a sleeve is provided to improve workability by simultaneously measuring and cleaning the inner and outer diameters of the sleeve. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for measuring inner and outer diameters of a sleeve includes a supporting section for supporting the sleeve, a rotating section for rotating the sleeve, and a measurement section for simultaneously measuring and cleaning the inner and outer diameters of the sleeve. The supporting section has a position fixing frame installed on a floor(1), a supporting shaft(5) rotatably coupled to the position fixing frame, a plurality of actuating cylinders, and a plurality of supporting members(9). The rotating section has a resting frame(13), a rotating member(17) rotated by a hydraulic motor(15), and an adjusting cylinder(19). The measurement section has a rail case(27), a reciprocating cylinder(29) fixed to the rail case(27), a vertical fixing bar(31), a brush roll(37) and a limit switch(39).
