PURPOSE: Provided is a method of finishing a knit which prevents the fiber scraps from falling out from the knit, and does not incur scratches at the target object when used as a cleaner. CONSTITUTION: A method of finishing a knit comprises the steps of: putting a fabric knitted with nylon/polyester bicomponent microfiber where 80wt.% of polyester and 20wt.% of nylon are conjugated onto the top and the bottom peripheral portions of a knit body knitted with nylon/polyester microfiber and weight loss-treated; and stitching them using nylon or polyester yarn as a stitch yarn. The knitted fabric is weight loss-treated with a narrow width, and has a fineness of 0.01-0.5 denier. The knitted fabric is tricot knit, woven, or circular knit.
