SUBSTANCE: invention relates to antifungal pharmaceutical composition containing ketoconazole as an active component and antioxidant, organic alcohol, emulsifying agent, glycerol ester, para-oxybenzoic acid ester, vegetable oil, methylcellulose and/or carboxymethylcellulose sodium and water as accessory substances. Invention relates also to method for it preparing by homogenization of emulsion obtained from water, para-oxybenzoic acid ester, emulsifying agent, methylcellulose and/or carboxymethylcellulose sodium with ketoconazole solution in organic alcohol containing antioxidant and glycerol ester.
