FIELD: liqueur and vodka industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing an aqueous-alcoholic solution with strength 40% in sorting tank by mixing rectified ethyl alcohol "Ekstra" and purified drinking water. An aqueous- - alcoholic solution is stirred, purified with activated carbon in carbon- - refinery battery at filtration rate up to 40 dal/h for fresh carbon and up to 30 dal/h for regenerated carbon followed by feeding vodka in finishing tank. Natural food supplement of vegetable origin, i. e. ameliorant AMO 97 of firm "Reinout and FIS" (France) is dissolved in rectified alcohol and glycerol is dissolved in rectified alcohol also. Then it is added to ameliorator solution and kept for 25-30 min at stirring. Then the prepared kept mixture of solution is added in finishing tank with simultaneous feeding vodka in tank. The content of finishing tank is stirred thoroughly, strength is controlled and corrected if necessary and subjected for control filtration followed by vodka bottling. Components of vodka are used in their following ratio, kg per 1 000 dal of ready product: glycerol, 0.3-0.8; natural food supplement of vegetable origin ameliorant AMO 97 of firm "Reinout and FIS" (France), 0.1-0.3; rectified ethyl alcohol "Ekstra" and purified drinking water, the balance, to provide strength 40%. Proposed method allows preparing vodka with weak tint of sesame in aroma and after taste. EFFECT: improved preparing method, reduced cost and working consumptions, expanded assortment of vodkas. |
