PURPOSE: A liquid crystal panel, and a liquid crystal display having the same are provided to reduce delay of gate on signals controlling second switching devices even if scan signals are delayed due to lengthened gate lines. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of gate lines transmit scan signals. A plurality of data lines transmit data signals. A plurality of gate on lines transmit gate on signals. First switching units(10) have first ends connected to the gate lines, second ends connected to the gate on lines, and third ends connected to gate off lines. Second switching units(QS) have first ends connected to fourth ends of the first switching units, second ends connected to the data lines, third ends outputting data signals turned on and off in response to a gate on or off voltage inputted through the fourth ends of the first switching units and applied through the data lines. Pixel electrode parts(20) have one ends connected to the third ends of the second switching units, and displays a picture based on the data signals. |
