PURPOSE: An apparatus for checking a water level in a tank is provided to allow a user to visually check a level of solution or oil contained in the tank through a neck section of the tank. CONSTITUTION: A water level checking apparatus is used for checking a water level in a tank having a tank body section and a neck section. The water level checking apparatus includes a bracket(22) installed at an inner portion of the tank body section, a shaft section(16) rotatably inserted into the bracket(22), an arm section(14) extending from one side of the shaft section(16), and a discriminating plate(12), which is positioned at an end of the arm section(14) and rotated about the shaft section(16). The shaft section(16) is provided at an outer portion thereof with a protrusion(16a). A stopper(22a) is provided at the bracket(22).
