PURPOSE: A system and a method for optimizing a customized menu using the user menu information are provided to offer foods or beverages fit to a user according to a result integrating a preference and a biorhythm of the user, and weather. CONSTITUTION: A computer(5) receives the food, restaurant, beverages, and cafe information fit to the user through the Internet. A mobile communication terminal(10) receives the food, restaurant, beverages, and cafe information fit to the user through the Internet via a base station(15) and a WAP(Wireless Application Protocol) gateway server(20). A PDA(Personal Digital Assistant)(25) receives the information fit to the user through the Internet via the base station and the WAP gateway server, or the wired Internet. A menu recommending server(30) recommends and offers the information fit to the user through the computer, the mobile communication terminal, and the PDA by recommending the food, restaurant, beverages, and cafe information fit to the user based on the preference, the biorhythm, the weather, and an integrated preference.
