PURPOSE: A front glass defrost system of a vehicle is provided to clearly remove moisture by mounting a second defrost device to the upside of a front glass and accordingly to easily secure a front visual field. CONSTITUTION: A front glass defrost system of a vehicle is composed of a defrost nozzle(2) and a second defrost device(10). One end of the defrost nozzle is connected to a housing(1) and an opening unit of other end is exposed and installed to a lower inside of a front glass(4) of a crash pad(3). The second defrost device fixes upper ends of vertical ducts(11,11') to the upside of the front glass or the front of a head lining(6) at a regular interval apart from the front glass, connects the upper ends of the vertical ducts to the housing and a front pillar by a duct installed to be unexposed, couples a horizontal duct(12) having a sectional area larger than the vertical duct to the lower ends of the vertical duct, and forms a plurality of discharge holes(13) to the front glass.
