METHOD FOR CONTROLLING COOLING AND HEATING DEVICE USING HYDROGEN STORAGE ALLOY

PURPOSE: A method for controlling a cooling and heating device using a hydrogen storage alloy is provided to simplify the total system, to minimize risks as the leakage and explosion of hydrogen by completely occluding hydrogen into one reactor without flowing hydrogen in a cycle in stopping operations of the cooling and heating device. CONSTITUTION: A method for controlling a cooling and heating device using a hydrogen storage alloy is composed of steps of detecting the indoor temperature; deciding if reaching a converting time of a passage control valve when the detected indoor temperature reaches a set temperature; and continuing operations of a compressor if not reaching the converting time of the passage control valve and stopping operations of the compressor if reaching the converting time of the passage control valve. When the detected indoor temperature reaches the set temperature, the operation of a blower fan is stopped.
