PURPOSE: An optical fiber cable for preventing a polarization mode dispersion is provided to solve the polarization mode dispersion which generates an obstruction at the high speed optical communication system larger than 10 Gbps. CONSTITUTION: An optical fiber cable(2) includes a compensation part(20) for a polarization mode dispersion. The optical fiber cable(2) is characterized in that the compensation part(20) compensates or reduces the linear birefringence generated by the optical fiber cable(2) and the polarization mode dispersion generated by the linear birefringence by forming an optical fiber circulator(10-1,10-2,...,10-n) in the optical fiber cable(2) by a predetermined distance. The optical fiber circulator(10-1,10-2,...,10-n) is capable of rotating the polarization plane the light beam projected thereonto with 90°.
