PURPOSE: A magnetic motor is provided to generate the driving force by using the magnetic field of a permanent magnet without using the external energy. CONSTITUTION: A magnetic motor includes a plurality of fixed magnetic poles. The fixed magnetic pole is formed with three ring type magnets. The same magnetic poles are installed in a predetermined interval. A rotary magnetic pole is rotated by the repulsive force of the magnetic field, which is generated from both ends of the magnets and a gap between the magnets. A semicircular magnet is installed within the ring type magnets. A rotator is formed with non-magnetic substance.
