PURPOSE: A charging terminal device of a communication portable system is provided to install a blade-type charging terminal in a part where a resin material of a portable device is set, thereby increasing charging efficiency of the communication portable system by reducing unstable charging phenomena. CONSTITUTION: When setting a portable device(1) on a charging device(5) for charging, blade charging terminals(3) of the portable device(1) are combined with charger terminals(6) of the charging device(5). While portions of the charger terminals(6) of the charging device(5) are received inside of resin material covering units(2) located in a lower part of the portable device(1), the charger terminals(6) are contacted with the blade charging terminals(3) of the portable device(1) fixed into the resin material covering units(2). Charging currents are applied through the blade charging terminals(3) of the portable device(1) from the charger terminals(6) of the charging device(5), and a battery(4) installed inside of the portable device(1) is charged.
