PURPOSE: A system for supplying a free call service and a method therefor are provided to deliver a ringback tone when a member wants to make a free call, and to differentiate call service kinds to firstly deliver an expected end signal sound before terminating call time, in order to extend the free call, thereby preventing an advertisement from being supplied while making the free call. CONSTITUTION: Many local centers(100) authenticate users, deliver advertisements, and transmit information including accounting information to the users. A central center(200) transmits advertising data to each local center(100), and controls an overall system based on the accounting information and user information. Each of the local centers(100) comprises as follows. A gatekeeper(110) manages/operates telephone numbers and IP addresses. A DB(120) stores service subscriber information. An authentication server(130) decides whether the users are registered. An ARS server(140) records advertising contents, and automatically delivers the advertising contents when an authentication procedure is terminated. A control server(150) delivers an expected end signal according to free call time, and enables the ARS server(140) to re-deliver the advertisements.
