PURPOSE: A soybean paste refrigerator is provided to control drying and fermentation of fermented soybeans needed for production of the soybean paste and concentration of salt water needed for production of the low-sodium soybean paste, and mixture ratio and maturation of the soybean paste and maturation, and to refrigerate the produced low-sodium soybean paste. CONSTITUTION: A refrigerator includes a main body part(10) having an outer case(11) and at least one inner case(13) placed in the outer case, partitioned for heat insulation by a forming space of forming material, and having an inner storage space with one side opened, and a machine chamber(30) placed on a bottom of the inner case, and partitioned for heat insulation; a door part(40) coupled to an upper part of the outer case to open and close the opening side of the inner case; an operation control part placed on a front upper end of the main body part to visualize status in the inner case, and selectively controlling working condition; and a heat exchange unit heating and cooling the inner case of the main body part depending on the working condition selected by the operation control part.
