PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an ABS resin composition which is excellent in heat resistance and has flame retardancy as well. SOLUTION: The resin composition comprises (A) 100 pts. wt. resin component (component A) containing at least 60 wt.% ABS resin and (B) 1-100 pts. wt. specified organophosphorus compound (component B) (desirably, 2,4,8,10-tetraoxa-3,9-diphosphaspiro[5.5]undecane-3,9-di(α-methylbenzyl)-3,9-dioxide compound).
