PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an enzyme agent capable of surely preventing the agent from scattering so as to be used easily and also adjusting so as to become an appropriate amount on using. SOLUTION: This enzyme agent is constituted by sealing a desired amount of powdery enzyme agent 10 in a soluble coating film 1, and also the soluble coating film is made as capsules, or prepared by using a compound material consisting mainly of starch.
