PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat supply apparatus for improving the energy efficiency. SOLUTION: A heat supply apparatus 10 is provided with a power unit 1 and a heating/cooling unit 2. The power unit 1 is disposed between a heat source 5 and a power heat-radiation part 7, and provided with a power thermoelectric conversion element 30 provided with a power n-type thermoelectric conversion element 12 and a power p-type thermoelectric conversion element 11. The heating/cooling unit 2 is provided between a heat supply part 6 and the heating/cooling heat-radiation part 7, and comprises a heating/cooling thermoelectric conversion element part 31 provided with a heating/cooling n-type thermoelectric conversion element 22 and a heating/cooling p-type thermoelectric conversion element 21. The power thermoelectric conversion element part 30 of the power unit 1 is connected to the heating/cooling thermoelectric conversion element part 31 of the heating/cooling unit 2 using electric wires 3a and 3b.
