PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make refueling processing in a gas station of a self-service system convenient. SOLUTION: A refueling completion judging section 108 of a system section 100 judges refueling completion either one of cases when an oil supply nozzle is returned to a retaining portion of a fueling machine 1 and an actual amount of refueling measured by a metering unit 36 reaches an amount of scheduled refueling beforehand established in an amount of refueling setting portion of a system section 100, when the actual amount of refueling does not reach the amount of the scheduled refueling beforehand, but a button for "completion" is pushed down, or when the actual amount of refueling does not reach the amount of the scheduled refueling and the button for "completion" is not pushed down, but the oil supply nozzle is returned and it is under a retained condition for at least one minute. A charging/tariff clearing section 110 performs charging/tariff clearing only when the refueling completion is judged by the refueling completion judging section 108. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
