PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the steering angle without changing the design of gears and the like of a cylinder 11 within a limited space. SOLUTION: A bent part 18 bent downward on a suspension cross member 3 side is formed on a rack housing 12, the pivoting center of a knuckle and the position in the front-and-rear direction of a vehicle of the center P of the cylinder 11 is brought close to each other by mounting the bent part 18 on a face part of the suspension cross member 3, and the steering angle is increased without changing the design of the gears and the like of the cylinder 11 within a restricted space.
