PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carrier with a lift to excellently keep a longitudinal balance and be compact and excellent in operability. SOLUTION: The carrier with a lift is provided at the front and in the rear of a U-shaped machine frame 1 with a pair of right and left front wheels 3 and 3 and running wheels 2 and 2 and a lift frame 4 for elevating and guiding an elevating element 5 provided at a front with a fork 6 is erected at the center of the rear of the machine frame 1. A motor 30 and a battery 51, being weight equipment, are situated at the side of the lift frame 4 with the heavy equipment being partially overlapped in the longitudinal widths of the right and left running wheels 2 and 2 and the longitudinal balance of the carrier with a lift is excellently kept.
