PASTE CONTAINER FOR SCREEN PROCESS PRINTING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paste container for screen process printing which supplies a paste (cream solder) at a low cost and easily adjusts the viscosity of the paste. SOLUTION: A cartridge 3l for the cream solder which is used at a screen process printing device for printing the cream solder on a substrate through a pattern of holes by sliding a closed squeegee head internally storing the cream solder over a masking plate, is constituted of a slender recessed part 3la formed of a flexible filmy material, a collar part 3lb formed overhanging from the outer peripheral part of the recessed part 3la and a filmy cover sheet member 4l which blocks the opening face of the recessed part 3lb by sticking the member 4l to the collar part 3lb. Consequently, the cream solder is supplied at a low cost and the viscosity of the cream solder 5 stored in the squeegee head is easily adjusted by stirring from the outside. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
